We are seeking experienced Asphalt Plant Personnel to join our team. As an Asphalt Plant Personnel, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining asphalt production equipment and ensuring the quality of asphalt products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

- Operate and maintain asphalt production equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and heaters
- Monitor asphalt production process to ensure proper temperature, mix consistency, and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using loaders or other heavy equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Experience running a Batch plant or equivalent Asphalt production plant
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
