**Who You Are**
- At least 2 years’ experience in F&I, extra points for GM experience
- Not shy about selling and welcomes the challenge of a ‘TO’ with sales
- Admin Rockstar paperwork is a breeze and you are familiar with all regulatory requirements. You don’t miss a thing
- Consistent producer with a high PVA average and equally strong CSI.
- Tech savvy both with Microsoft platforms, DealerTrack and popular DMS (we are integrated with DAVE and Sym-Tech (don’t worry we will pay for your one-week boot camp with their awesome trainers to make sure you ready to go)
- Able to work Saturdays (but trust us we’ll make it fun)
- Entrepreneurial spirit which r**eally**means that you want to put your unique stamp on the F&I office and help it be even better than it is now. We want your ideas and suggestions.
- Looking for the opportunity to make insane money without the bell-to-bell grind and crippling stress. You want that balance.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**
- 1)_ **Sales - **_You are responsible for meeting the customer after they have agreed to purchase/lease new or used vehicles, welcoming them to the next step in the process of taking their car or truck home. You are there to show them that F&I is done differently here than they may know from prior experiences at other stores. This is where you shine _
- Present appropriate financing options and all available products such as extended warranties, credit life insurance, paint & fabric protection. Be the expert and ask all the right questions to set up a truly consultative selling process._
- Properly disclose all financial and product information as well as terms & conditions relating to their agreement. Be a stickler for the rules and embrace the highest ethical standards every day._
- Complete the bill of sale, collect down payment, and arrange/secure lender approvals._
- Work with sales to insure the most seamless customer experience and treat every customer with the respect they deserve. Understand teamwork includes all departments._

2) **Admin - **Some of the most important work in F&I is the admin tasks. Chances are you already do all of this but in case you don’t, here goes
- Accurately produce, print, and package all necessary documents for vehicle delivery (i.e. bill of sale, insurance verification, after sales certificates, etc)._
- Research vehicle liens on trade-ins._
- Track and record the sale performance of the F&I office._
- Assemble an air-tight funding package to ensure prompt payment to the dealership. If something is missing, nobody gets paid. It starts with you._
- Handle GM incentive forms and VDR (Vehicle Delivery Report)._

**3)** **Other Cool Stuff - **You are more than just that “guy/gal in the back office” we need you to:

- Assist the salespeople to close deal on the showroom floor by helping the customer understand finance and/or payment options. Listen, educate, and back-up your salespeople._
- Help the sales manager ‘work deals’ with their salespeople. Be open to helping and working the deal in a way where everyone wins._
- Be an active part of dealership training by conducting motivating and educational meetings with the sales staff. Share your knowledge and best practices during the weekly sales meetings and always be available for questions._
