Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and tourist information
- Our 3 daily working shifts consisting of (7am - 3pm) & 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and courteous manner
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
