Accounting Clerk Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all accounting and financial records, including the general accounts, trust accounts, cash management, accounts receivable/payable, collections, corporate expenditures and summary financial statements
- Prepares and manages the distribution of annual reports
- Prepare financial statements for reporting on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an office environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
