Financial Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and provide budgetary support.
- Analyze operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support financial decision-making through analysis of margins, profitability, and cost drivers.
- Work closely with different departments (e.g., operations, sales) to provide financial insights and recommendations.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
