SOMMAIRE DE L’EMPLOI

Sous la surveillance et la responsabilité du pharmacien ou du pharmacien-chef, le technicien en pharmacie effectue des activités techniques selon l’encadrement professionnel autorisé et les besoins opérationnels de la pharmacie. Il effectue des activités liées à l’optimisation et à la sécurité du circuit du médicament, soutient le travail clinique des pharmaciens en réalisant diverses tâches reliées aux soins et services pharmaceutiques à leur demande, offre un soutien administratif et, en fonction des besoins opérationnels, il veille à la coordination de l’ensemble des activités techniques du laboratoire. Il assure la formation technique des assistants techniques en pharmacie (ATP) et de ses pairs techniciens en pharmacie, et il s’occupe de la gestion, de l’entreposage et de l’optimisation des stocks.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES DE L’EMPLOI*
- Sous la surveillance d’un pharmacien

Service à la clientèle
- Agir comme modèle auprès des employés du laboratoire en offrant un service courtois et respectueux en appliquant les normes de service à la clientèle établies;
- Répondre aux demandes des patients selon les limites de ses compétences;
- Assurer et respecter la confidentialité des informations divulguées et des échanges avec les patients;
- Gérer les plaintes, recueillir les suggestions de la clientèle et en informer son supérieur;
- Promouvoir les services aux patients par le biais des programmes de marketing santé;
- Contribuer à la mise en place de la mesure de la satisfaction et l’évaluation du service à la clientèle;
- Renseigner les clients sur la signification du Code Médicament.

Gestion des opérations et traitement des ordonnances
- Contribuer et gérer la mise en œuvre de changements contribuant à la sécurité et l’amélioration continue des opérations;
- Planifier et garantir un espace propice au travail;
- S’enquérir des informations pertinentes sur les opérations du laboratoire et les transmettre aux autres membres de l’équipe;
- Collaborer à la gestion de l’équipe technique dans le traitement des ordonnances selon l’achalandage et le personnel disponible;
- Effectuer une évaluation de l’efficacité des opérations de façon périodique et apporter les ajustements requis;
- Effectuer la vérification contenant-contenu (si certification et évaluations annuelles réussies);
- Effectuer la validation de la saisie des ordonnances et le contrôle qualité de la vérification contenant-contenu, en présence d’un ATP délégataire et selon les besoins opérationnels, en s’assurant que le TP possède la formation, les compétences et l’expérience appropriées;
- Résoudre les problèmes détectés lors de l’interprétation des ordonnances;
- Concilier les informations incomplètes ou contradictoires en lien avec les ordonnances;
- Effectuer une vérification indépendante des calculs, mesures et procédés utilisés dans la préparation de magistrales stériles et non stériles en fonction d’une procédure préétablie;
- Assurer le rôle de gestionnaire et de super utilisateur des différents équipements et outils technologiques (ex. : logiciels, appareils d’automatisation) et s’assurer de leur calibrage, leur entretien et des suivis de leur bon fonctionnement;
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux technologies;
- Collaborer à l’implantation de nouvelles technologies;
- Collaborer à la formation du personnel quant à l’utilisation des technologies;
- Superviser la surveillance (monitoring) environnementale (respect des normes d’hygiène, etc.), le fonctionnement courant et le programme d’entretien préventif des équipements et des installations matérielles;
- Attester de la conformité de la préparation des médicaments;
- Assurer et contrôler la traçabilité des opérations;
- Assurer une gestion efficace, en temps réel, des opérations au laboratoire en utilisant les indicateurs opérationnels disponibles dans le milieu;
- Superviser la conservation et la disposition des documents requis.

Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks
- Effectuer une gestion et une analyse stratégique des stocks : déterminer les niveaux de stocks optimaux, analyser les écarts et les divergences au niveau de l’inventaire;
- Tenir compte des contraintes associées aux médicaments entreposés, transportés et livrés;
- Mettre en place et appliquer des mesures préventives contre le vol et le détournement;
- Gérer les exigences et activités relatives à la destruction et le retour des médicaments, produits et instruments;
- Gérer les ruptures des stocks sous la supervision du pharmacien;
