- An early childhood educator at Happy Kids World is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate educational programs for children ages 0-5. The primary duties include:

- Planning and executing age-appropriate activities to support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Building positive relationships with children and their families, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns.
- Observing and documenting children's progress, and sharing information with families and other team members.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages positive behavior.
- Collaborating with other educators to plan and implement programs, and working as part of a team to provide high-quality care for all children.
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom, including following all health and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
