Overview:
Master Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the HVAC industry, we are committed to delivering top-notch service to our clients. The Lead HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in overseeing and performing a variety of HVAC tasks, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**:

- Lead by example, demonstrating superior technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule and plan HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- **Diagnostic and Repair**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, both independently and with the team.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the HVAC team.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their HVAC concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and clear communication.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all HVAC work meets compliance requirements.
- Enforce and adhere to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports on job progress, equipment status, and any issues encountered during the HVAC projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid G3, G2 or G HVAC license.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Tools and a vehicle can be provided if needed.
