**4 DAY WORK WEEK & WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY**

**Role**:Sales Advisor (**_Developmental Career Opportunity_**)

**IMPORTANT**:In your role, you will receive training and mentorship from the top talent in our industry. You will be trained from our state of the art office in downtown Winnipeg. Before assuming the role of Sales Advisor, you will begin your journey with JRP as a Prospecting Specialist. For the first 12-15 months, you will be creating opportunity and booking appointments for our Senior Sales Advisors. Once your training and development is complete, let your new life as a licensed Sales Advisor begin. In your role as Sales Advisor, you will be meeting with business executives across Canada, looking for people who think the way we do (regarding benefits). Within 24 months, you will be making more money than you could imagine. We have been in business for 12 years, with a proven track record and recipe for success. All of our Sales Advisors experience exponential year over year growth in their earnings.

To Start: $40,000 - $50,000 Annual Salary **PLUS $75 **each and every time a Sales Advisor holds one of your appointments No limit on earnings

**WHAT’S THE JOB?**

Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors. Technically we are known as "prospectors": We find high-potential contacts, and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from the comfort of your own home during regular working hours EXCEPT Friday's of course, you will finish at noon
