- Le CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) en bâtiment au sein de la Direction de services techniques. L'emploi est basé à l'Hôpital Sainte-Anne, à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions le/la technicien(ne) en bâtiment:
- S'assure que le mobilier non médical placé dans nos locaux respecte notamment les normes de distanciation sociale, et formule les correctifs nécessaires;
- Prendre les mesures, faire la sélection et collabore avec le client ou le partenaire à choisir le équipement non médical et mobilier appropriés aux projets;
- Propose des scénarios d'aménagement de nos locaux en fonction des demandes de nos clients ou de nos partenaires à partir du guide du MSSS;
- Prépare des esquisses, plans, devis et autres documents techniques;
- Effectue la mise à jour des plans d'aménagement des différentes installations;
- Effectue les dessins requis sur AutoCAD;
- Participe aux réunions de coordination avec les clients ou les partenaires;
- Assure le suivi de la progression des travaux auprès des clients ou des partenaires concernés;
- S'assure que le déménagement, la relocalisation et le réaménagement de locaux soient faits selon les règles de l'art;
- Exécute les études techniques qui lui sont demandées par son supérieur pour établir les besoins, déterminer la portée et la durée des travaux et en évaluer les impacts;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de la planification et gestion des espaces (PGE) et le Plan de conservation de l’équipement et du mobilier - équipement non médical et mobilier (PCEM-ENMM).
- Horaire de travail : lundi au vendredi, de jour
- Salaire horaire : 24,36$ à 33,95$ - semaine de 35 heures- Requirements :- Détient un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) avec spécialisation en technologie du bâtiment et des travaux publics (technologie de l'architecture, technologie du génie civil ou mécanique du bâtiment);
- Possède d'excellentes aptitudes en coordination et est apte à travailler sur différents projets à la fois;
- Fait preuve de rigueur et d'un souci du détail;
- Fait preuve d'un excellent service à la clientèle;
- Est apte à communiquer en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
