**Principales tâches**
- Bâtir, accompagner et développer l’équipe de l’approvisionnement
- Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les activités d’approvisionnement
- Gérer le réapprovisionnement, la validation des fournisseurs et des produits, l’amélioration continue, et élaborer et mettre en place des pratiques de gestion d’inventaire
- S’assurer de collaborer avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs pour offrir un niveau de service élevé aux clients
- Bâtir et maintenir le bassin de fournisseurs
- Gérer le budget pour la chaîne régionale d’approvisionnement

**Compétences recherchées**
- Posséder une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine de la distribution alimentaire, la gestion de l’approvisionnement ou la logistique
- Avoir une expérience de 2 ans minimum en gestion de personnel
- Être bilingue écrit et parlé (français/anglais)
- Connaître les principes et méthodes de transport des marchandises y compris les coûts et avantages relatifs
- Détenir une bonne compréhension des moteurs de revenu et de rentabilité en vue de permettre la prise de décisions commerciales rapides et efficaces
- Être motivé par la résolution de problèmes à des situations complexes
- Se démarquer par ses qualités organisationnelles et gestion de prioritésAimer travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif

**Location**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Build, support, and develop the procurement team
- Plan, organize, lead, and control procurement activities
- Manage replenishment, supplier and product validation, continuous improvement, and develop and implement inventory management practices
- Ensure collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to provide high-level service to customers
- Build and maintain the supplier pool
- Manage the budget for the regional supply chain

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in food distribution, procurement management, or logistics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel management
- Bilingual in written and spoken French/English
- Knowledge of freight transportation principles and methods, including costs and benefits
- Understanding of revenue and profitability drivers to enable quick and effective business decisions
- Motivated by problem-solving in complex situations
- Stand out for organizational skills and priority management
