**Job Summary**:
**What you will do, not limited to**:

- Mix, blend and match paint colors;
- Spray RO’s per day with precision and attention to detail;
- Work collaboratively with Prep and Production Teams to achieve efficient vehicle flow while ensuring quality standards;
- Restoring vehicle paint to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications;
- Plan out refinish process using paint chips, spray cards, etc.;
- Perform quality inspections post painting;
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals;
**What you bring to the Team**:

- 5+ years experience painting cars in an automotive collision repair environment;
- PPG Refinish Training an asset;
- Knowledge of waterborne paints;
- Scanning for color match;
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail is a must;
- Excellent work ethic, a self-starter with a team player focus;
- Strong command of the English language and able to effectively communicate;
- Paint Manager Applications and Scanners experience;
- Workplace safety knowledge, WHMIS certified;
- Safe handling, storing and disposing of hazardous waste materials;
- Positive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Valid Ontario Class "G" driver's license and clean drivers' abstract;
