**Role Proposition**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Champions quality service when assisting with guest check ins, check outs and additional hotel standard special requests as it relates to their stay
- Oversees the Bell services operations and ensures established SOGs are executed in a professional and consistent manner
- Ensures all guest inquiries are handled according to established standards
- Supervises the Bell services team; provides coaching to encourage skill development and growth
- Creates a cohesive service cultured team with shared accountability as it relates to scheduling needs, task delegation, and business volumes
- Acts as an ambassador of the Hotel & Sun Peaks Resort, as prompted by guests for direction and insight on internal and external events
- Covers all shift types (AM/PM/Nights) as required
- 1-year minimum guest facing hotel experience, coupled with some progressive supervisory experience in any field; resort experience is a strong asset
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, redirect, and motivate team members
- Professional, well organized and delights in providing exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs with strong interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, or a related field would be an advantage
- A working knowledge of hotel systems, specifically Opera would be a strong benefit
- Proficiency with computer systems, such as Microsoft Office
- A valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent. (Must provide a driver’s abstract reflecting a history of responsible driving)
- Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds (34kg). Frequently standing and walking throughout shift with occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling and ascending stairs.
