To support this exciting new venture, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

As the Cleaning Supervisor for our residential cleaning division, you will play a pivotal role in helping us expand into the residential market. Your primary responsibilities will include training our team to excel in residential cleaning tasks and overseeing all field operations related to residential cleaning. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our residential clients receive the same outstanding service that has made Island Cleaning Services a trusted name in commercial cleaning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Training**: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our cleaning staff, focusing on residential cleaning techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
- **Field Operations**: Supervise and coordinate all field operations related to residential cleaning, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of residential cleaning sites to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- **Staff Management**: Provide leadership and support to the cleaning team, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- **Client Relations**: Foster strong relationships with residential clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and properly maintained.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and client feedback, and report to senior management regularly.
