We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. As a representative of Blueprint Water Ltd, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services directly to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and secure sales by effectively communicating the benefits and value of our offerings. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, this is an exciting opportunity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales visits in assigned residential areas to engage with potential customers.
- Present our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value.
- Actively listen to customers' needs, address their questions or concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads by capturing customer information accurately and maintaining a detailed record of interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by consistently closing sales and securing new customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional image as a representative of the company, adhering to ethical sales practices and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to share feedback, exchange best practices, and contribute to sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and persuade customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections in a positive manner.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to assigned areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
