About the Role

The Registry Agent is responsible for processing client requests in various Registries across Canada and the United States. The successful Registry Agent will ensure that all Search and Registration activities are conducted within the framework of client service level agreements.

What will you be doing-
- Accurately process billing of client requests; adhere to client fee schedules and Government disbursements- Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to Teranet CMS practices and company compliance- Answer calls promptly and professionally respond to clients. Participate in continuous improvement with a focus on service excellence.- Assist co-workers and clients as required; escalating issues, identifying efficiencies

About You- Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing of 40wpm- Strong English verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, research, and follow instructions- Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures.- Ability to perform under pressure; operational changes, high volume, and tight deadlines- Knowledge of Provincial Real Property search- Knowledge of Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services- Knowledge of relevant Provincial websites-
- Customer Service experience an asset- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment is an asset
