**Position**

Join the New West Equipment team as a full-time **Heater Installer/Fence Installer - Lead Hand Cube Truck Driver**,where your expertise in installing heaters and setting up fencing on various job sites will be pivotal.

**Responsibilities**

As a **Heater Installer/Fence Installer - Lead Hand Cube Truck Driver **on our team, you will:

- Safely transport cube vans to and from job sites, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Install heaters at designated locations within residential construction areas, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to specifications
- Set up temporary fencing as required, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques
- Load and unload equipment and materials, ensuring secure transport and storage
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to job assignments and equipment usage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues or concerns promptly

**Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role and industry preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in labour-intensive roles such as construction, landscaping, or similar fields is preferred
- Previous towing or trailer experience will be an asset
- Proficiency in driving cube vans in residential construction areas, with a strong understanding of safety protocols
- Experience towing 20’ trailers safely and effectively
- Experience with temporary fence setup techniques, preferably with prior experience in a fencing company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
- Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
- Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 80 lbs repeatedly.
