**BDC Representative Responsibilities**:

- Logging customer details and comments in our system to maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business and determine potential customer needs.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Follow up daily with customers and prospective customers from previous days visit.
- Perform all outbound campaigns as periodically assigned by the Service Department or management.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
- Assist Customer Experience Manager in running the backend of websites, social media, CRM, Desking tools and other media tools.
- Covering the reception desk as required.
- Processing transactions, providing refunds, balancing the cash drawer.
- Maintain clean and tidy reception area.

**BDC Representative Requirements**:

- Degree in business, marketing, or related field is an asset but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to customer follow-up.
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
- Professional and personable demeanor.
- Computer skills are a must (CDK, Excel, CRM, etc.).

Contract length: 12 months
