Contract duration: 246 days, possibility of extension

Start date: April 2023
Location: Hybrid / NCR
Language: Bilingual (English/French)

Clearance: Reliablity

**Responsibilities could include but are not limited to**:

- Processes
- Develop and test use case scenarios
- Develop processes and procedures
- Develop e-waste / surplus processes
- Reporting and Tracking
- Create reports for progress tracking
- Create documentation pertaining to configuration and requirements
- Resource Management
- Create a training plan for project support staff
- Device Management
- Oversee the asset management activities, including the administration of the Configuration Management DataBase (CMDB) in Axios assyst.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator
- A minimum of 5 years of experience collecting, analyzing and manipulating data between different sources to prepare reports
- A minimum of 5 years of experience reviewing, modifying, validating, executing and following processes.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- as a Project Administrator: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- MUST HOLD A VALID SECURITY CLEARANCE (required)
