Job Title: (Freelance) Psychotherapist - Trainer

Location: Remote Working (Virtually)

Salary Range: Competitive depending on experience

Hours: Freelance 4 hours per week for 8 weeks. This may lead to the opportunity to take further regular work

By the Bridge is seeking an educated, experienced and compassionate freelance trainer to join our team.

As a freelance trainer, you will have the unique opportunity to empower our dedicated foster families and support them in providing the best possible care for our children.

This role will be to deliver part of our 20-day progressive training program.

We aim to create a learning environment where our foster parents experience being supported in developing their understanding and skill of therapeutic parenting.

**Essential**:

- Therapeutic qualification to a Degree level and accreditation of a professional body (IE: UKCP, BACP or BAPT)
- Have excellent communication.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Offer commitment to be fully engaged with the group and to offer skilful delivery
