What you will do:
Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer, the Vice President, Cyber Security provides strategic direction, architecture, and leadership of the Cineplex Cyber Program ensuring all programs meet or exceed regulatory and organizational security requirements enabling Cineplex to deliver on our mission - to passionately delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic that encapsulates the overall state of our Cyber program including but not limited to mission, vision, culture, ways of working, structure, skills, capabilities, technology, architecture, vendors partners, etc.
- Work closely with Digital & Technology partners and the CDTO ensuring programs are executed efficiently and seamlessly.
- Collaborate across the organization and partner with business leadership and stakeholders to deliver on the programs KPI’s and KRI’s.
- Manage and Executing Cyber awareness and education plans across the organization ensuring the “Human Firewall” programs are delivering results
- Organize and Lead Incident response programs ensuring adherence to playbooks as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage required regulatory compliance and audits including PCI-DSS and ITGC. Experience managing NIST CSF programs.
- Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals ensuring focus to the most critical elements and cyber threats.
- Actively participate in the Cyber community ensuring the appropriate sharing of information across industry partners to bolster and improve the organizations Cyber posture.
- Provide visibility to senior executives and Board on the evolution of our Cyber Program, any potential threats / vulnerabilities as well as assurances of advancement on the overall Program.
- Partner with Human Resources to create a high-performance environment and establish a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates team members.

**Qualifications**:
o Education
- A bachelor’s or master degree in an analytical field such as mathematics, economics, engineering, business, or computer science)

o 10+ years of experience leading a Cyber Program
- A champion for architecting and delivering cyber maturity within complex organizations
- Experience leading and building a Cyber Security practice

o Senior leadership experience
- An experienced leader, project manager, architect and facilitator who can effectively bring together internal stakeholders and external partners in a way that will result in innovative new ideas
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams through ambiguity, developing strategy, and execution on our cyber vision in a cross functional highly collaborative fashion

o Experience developing and delivering on cyber strategy
- Solid technical acumen including the selection of Cyber Tools, the development of appropriate Cyber frameworks and the delivery of appropriate measures / architecture to ensure the safety and security of employee and guest data in a hybrid environment
- Strong critical and strategic thinking to advance the Cyber program and deliver on key program KPI’s
