**Job Title: Warranty Service Administrator**

**Reports to**:Customer Service Manager

**Location**: Debert, Nova Scotia

**Job Summary**: Kohltech Windows and Entrance Systems continues to grow and is looking to hire a Warranty Service Administrator (WSA) to support our existing team. The WSA is responsible for processing warranty claims, ordering replacement components, scheduling warranty service technicians, reporting, and responding to inquiries. A key role of the WSA is to communicate with customers and set the expectations around the resolution of each warranty submission.

**Job Duties**:

- Ensure that all warranty claims are investigated, verified, and processed according to company protocols and standards.
- Work with internal departments and personnel to determine the warranty lead time and verify customer service dates.
- Provide 24 to 48-hour response time to customer inquiries, and acknowledgement that orders have been loaded into the service database.
- Maintain communications with Territory Managers to ensure they are aware of warranty claims in their areas.
- Provide feedback from dealer and customer interactions to promote internal processes and product reviews.
- Coordinate the schedule of warranty technicians to balance efficiency and response time.
- Actively work with outside contractors and other stakeholders to ensure Kohltech meets its warranty obligations to customers and end users.
- Ability to recognize issues of urgency and escalate to the Customer Service Manager or other departments to expedite a resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 2-5 years of window/door experience (industry) would be considered an asset.
- Sales or customer service experience would also be considered an asset.
- Experience in the building supply or construction industry would be an asset.
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Strong level of computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products required.
