This position is responsible for the preparation of shipping and receiving merchandise destined to customers and verifying the description and quantity of the merchandise.

**Responsibilities**
- Sort the shipping orders by city, transport, or priority.
- Pick up and gather cases of gloves according to shipping orders.
- Ship orders with the aid of the shipping system and the bar-coding system.
- Complete movement sheets or do the transfers by bar coding.
- Check the merchandise received (type, quantity, quality) against the packing list and the purchase order.
- Complete receiving with the aid of bar coding.
- Tend to customer returns when needed
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly and perform periodic safety inspection of assigned area.
- Report incidents, accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions to supervisor or a member of safety committee.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as shipper/receiver
- Licensed Forklift Operator
- Bilingual French and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team worker
- Valid Driver’s License

Ce poste est responsable de la préparation de l'expédition et de la réception de la marchandise destinée aux clients ainsi que de la vérification de la description et de la quantité des produits.

**Responsabilités**
- Trier les commandes d’expédition par ville, par transport ou par priorité.
- Ramasser et rassembler les étuis de gants en fonction des commandes.
- Expédier les commandes à l'aide du système d'expédition et du système de codes à barres.
- Compléter les feuilles de mouvements et effectuer les transferts par code à barres.
- Vérifier la marchandise reçue (type, quantité, qualité) en fonction des bons de commande.
- Finaliser la réception à l'aide d'un code à barres.
- Préparer les retours aux clients.
- Garder l'entrepôt propre et en ordre et effectuer des inspections de sécurité périodiques.
- Signaler les incidents, les accidents, les quasi-accidents et les conditions dangereuses au superviseur ou à un membre du comité de sécurité.

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en tant que commis d’entrepôt
- Certification de chariot élévateur
- Bilingue
- Connaissances de base en informatique
- Esprit d’équipe
- Permis de conduire valide
