We are looking for an experienced Photographer and Videographer to join our team in creating compelling visuals for our marketing campaigns. This position will be responsible for creating high-quality photographic and video content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and increases sales.

**What we are looking for**
- A creative and enthusiastic individual with passion for marketing and an entrepreneurial mindset
- To create high-quality, engaging photos and videos for our marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for visuals
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and production crews
- Research and select the appropriate equipment and lighting for each project
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
- Ensure that all visuals meet the highest standards of quality
- Edit and post-process photos and videos to completion
- Archive and store all visuals in an organized manner
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and techniques in photography and videography

**Qualification and Skills**
- A minimum of 3 years experience in photography and video production.
- Vast experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and full understanding of Premier, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and post-production software (Other software for video editing, color correction, special effects, is an asset)
- Advanced knowledge of photography and videography, including correct use of equipment and maintenance.
- Knowledge of lighting and lighting equipment for different shoots
- Attention to detail and an eye for design and presentation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Self directed and able to work with minimum supervision

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Photography and videography experience in a fast-paced environment
- REQUIRED minimum 3 year of professional experience in photography and videography
- Knowledge of lighting and studio techniques
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
- A digital portfolio with previous work such us commercial shoots, product shoots, etc

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
