24-month Internship

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You will be part of the manufacturing organization that delivers newly built and repaired aero-derivative gas turbines. During your internship you will give to multiple teams within the manufacturing and operations functions to gain a wide range of experiences. Within each placement, working in multi-disciplinary teams, you will help to develop solutions to a wide range of gas turbine problems leveraging aerospace and industrial best practice, experts and proprietary tools and methods.

- You will study customer and business needs, existing solutions, and standard process guidance to help decide on how to address problems.
- You will look for opportunities to build on prior knowledge when generating solutions.
- You will help to understand and quantify project and technical risk.
- You will help deliver internal and external achievements in support of customer needs.

**What You Bring**
- You have recently graduated with a bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, materials management, or project management.
- You want to explore opportunities within manufacturing and develop breadth while simultaneously solving real-world problems.
- You have an inquisitive nature and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- You are motivated by contributing to multi-disciplinary teams and the development of innovative solutions.
- You have an interest in manufacturing and working to develop better ways to support customers though the energy transition.

You will be part of the Core Manufacturing department that provides innovative solutions for aero-derivative gas turbines.
