Se rapportant directement au Superviseur des Plongeurs et au Chef Exécutif, le plongeur est
responsable pour l’opération entière des deux aires de vaiselles de la cuisine.

**_Les tâches incluses sans se limiter à: _**
- Aider à la réception et stockage des produits lors de leur livraison
- Responsable pour l’opération correcte des aires de vaiselles
- Maintenir les espaces de travail propres et ordonnées

**_ Aptitudes et Qualifications:_**
- Capacité a faire plusieurs choses à la fois
- Pouvoir travailler sur différents horaires (matins, jours, soirs, fin de semaine, jours

fériés.)
- Capacité physique de transporter plusieurs produits (boîtes, caisses, etc.)
- Être physiquement capable d'être debout pendant tout un quart de travail
- Expérience dans une cuisine un atout

**_DISHWASHER _**

**_Position Profile:_**

Reporting to the Head Dishwasher and to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the
entire operation of the two dishwashing areas of the kitchen.

**_Duties include but are not limited to: _**
- Assist with receiving and storage of products as they are delivered
- Responsible for the proper operation of the dishwashing areas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**_ Skills and Qualifications:_**
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Able to work different shifts (mornings/days/evenings/weekends/holidays)
- Physically able to carry products (boxes, crates, etc.)
- Physically able to “be on your feet” for an entire shift
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset
