- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam)
- Familiarity with budgeting and construction estimating processes
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Superintendent to oversee and manage to completion commercial construction projects. Projects can range from $100,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 in value.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
