We’re looking for a **Collision Facility General Manager** to join our team CARSTAR Port Colborne.
- Take ownership of the shop and staff performance including estimating, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more
- Lead a strong technical team to operate in an effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
- Ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service
- Effectively execute and maintain business plans.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc
- Coach and develop your staff, and address any situations as they arise to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers and insurance partners to encourage their loyalty and obtain recommendations

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience as a shop manager or estimator
- A complete understanding of the collision repair process; estimating, parts management, etc.
- Familiarity with insurance repair procedures
- Knowledgeable about Mitchell and Audatex
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- bodyshop management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G driver's licence (preferred)
