We are seeking an **Accounting Student **for our **Canadian Industrial Division** to work in our **Nisku, AB** office**. **We are looking for students that are available** **for **8 months **starting in** **January 2025. **The position will be under the direct supervisor of the **Accounting Manager.**

Here's how a(n) Accounting Student for our Edmonton Industrial Management office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:
As an** Accounting Student,** you will contribute to our team by performing a combination of the following duties dependent on the assigned project:

- Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system
- Bank reconciliations
- Inter-company invoicing
- Courier and phone costing
- Running and updating various reports
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Visa card reconciliations
- Preparing accounts receivable report
- Weekly cheque printing
- Client progress billings
- Subcontract administration
- Creation and management of Ad Hoc Reports
- Miscellaneous support to Accounting team

**Qualifications**:
What you will bring to the role:

- Currently enrolled in an Accounting diploma/degree program.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

- Successful applicants must be able to provide their own CSA approved steel toed boots and be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test. Public transportation is not available for this position so successful applicant must have their own vehicle.
