Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team. The Rigger will be responsible for setting up and securing rigging equipment used to lift and move heavy objects on construction sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and prepare rigging equipment before each use
- Attach loads to rigging to safely move them using cranes or hoists
- Signal crane operators to ensure safe lifting procedures
- Secure heavy items on trucks or ships for transport
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain and repair rigging equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Rigger in construction or industrial settings
- Knowledge of different types of rigging equipment and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and loads
- Certification in rigging or relevant field is a plus
