**About the role**:
This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services required for our operations. Play a pivotal role in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement strategies to support our business objectives.
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to streamline the purchasing process.
- Effectively lead RFP process.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and priorities.
- Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for cost savings, consolidation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on procurement-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships, including renewals of the contracts and agreements.
**What you bring to the team**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology industry or SaaS sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully securing favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
