Host/hostess

Newman Steakhouse is looking to hire an energetic host/hostesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Interact with guests both in-person and over the phone, efficiently and with assurance to fulfill guests needs and requests,
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests to control and maximize the seating options of the restaurant
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of the dining room table numbers and their assigned locations
- Lead guests with reservations to assigned dining and bar areas
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in helping clear and set tables when time permits

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
