Are you someone who has a knack for social media, is tech savvy, and loves working with influencers? Are you looking for a new challenge in a growing Montreal company?

We’re looking for an **Influencer Marketing Manager **to join our talented Marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across our various social media channels.

**Responsibilities**

**Influencer Marketing - 60%**
- Identify and build relationships with influencers who embody Transformer Table values, using an influencer marketing software;
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest);
- Ensure campaign strategies align with business goals;
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, and emerging influencers;
- Negotiate influencer compensation or product for content, and ensure contracts are in place.

**Project Management - 20%**
- Work closely with the Marketing & Media team to create and coordinate influencer marketing strategies that work across different channels;
- Effectively manage influencer campaigns by creating and communicating campaign briefs, and approving all content before it goes live to ensure brand alignment;
- Ensure timely influencer deliverables.

**Campaign & Industry Analyses - 20%**
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns by conducting analyses on our social platforms;
- Ensure that objectives and business goals at met at the end of each campaign, and identify strong points and areas of improvement;
- Track and monitor results against KPIs.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications;
- 2-4 year’s experience in Influencer Marketing Management or Social Media Marketing Management;
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies;
- Passion for social media and influencer marketing;
- Ability to grasp future trends in social media and act proactively;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Detail oriented, with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Collaborative work ethic/team player;
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
