**Who we're looking for**: a talented Technical Writer / Business Proposal Writer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in positioning our company as a leader in the industry.

**THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE AND PART-TIME ROLE
**10-15 HOURS PER WEEK
**$35/HOUR

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teams to develop compelling responses to Government RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Invitations to Bid.
- Follow detailed SOPs and templates for the execution of RFPs.
- Gather and edit proposal content from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business groups.
- Proofread and edit proposals to ensure alignment with company standards for accuracy, quality, and branding.
- Provide quality assurance for all proposal documents and materials, ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent with established branding and formatting styles.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years verifiable of experience writing proposals for Government RFP's and bids
- Self-motivated, results-driven team player with superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
