As an **Inside Sales Agent (ISA)** with GoWylde, you'll rigorously prospect for and qualify the seller and buyer leads and diligently follow up with them. Additionally, you'll schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and Buyer Specialists.

This role is mainly an in-office position, where much of your time will be spent on the phone with potential buyers and sellers. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, and plentiful resources to assist you in reaching both your professional and personal goals.

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:
Inbound/ outbound calling

Appointment coordination and scheduling,

Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle via our CRM.

**Key competencies include**

**2-3 Years of sales experience**

Exceptional communication skills

A persuasive phone presence,

The ability to build a rapport with others over the phone quickly

Superb organizational and time management abilities.

Comfortable working with technology

**Salary**: $57,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
