**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the timely loading and unloading of racks to the main paint line according to the assigned schedule.
- Performs visual inspection that only good quality parts and racks are loaded.
- Performs visual inspection of paint racks to ensure that they are in good repair. If not, report the defect to their supervisors or lead hand.
- Reports problems to Lead hand and/or Supervisor immediately after non-conforming parts and racks have been found.
- Reports all changes on program load schedules to Lead hand or Supervisor immediately.
- Ensures a clean and safe environment at all times.
- Adheres to all plants and housekeeping rules and policies. Uses all required personal protective equipment.
- When all mainline loader duties are fulfilled, assists with racking and un racking of parts as required.
- Assists production supervisors with production timing, racking, and handing of parts and part identifier flags and their operation.
- Load the supports on the line properly and secure them on the hangers.
- Ensure the hangers are balanced and the supports are properly spaced to avoid collision with each other around corners.
- If chain and/or hangers on the line are damaged inform the Lead hand immediately.
- Comply with Section 28 of the OHSA.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations as outlined in the Rollstamp Employee Handbook.
- Adhere to all applicable Business Operating Systems Procedures.
- Any other reasonable request made by Management

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Must have 6 months or more experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Grade 10 level education or equivalent years of work experience.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to take directions well.
