**Overview**:
As a Laundry Attendant at Rosemead House, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute to the exceptional guest experience we strive to provide. **Responsibilities**:
**Laundry Operations**:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, staff uniforms and other hotel laundry items according to established procedures.
- Operate and maintain washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all laundry items are cleaned and presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.

**Inventory and Quality Control**:

- Monitor laundry supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory levels are low.
- Inspect all laundered items for stains, tears, and damage, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry loads, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.

**Hygiene and Safety**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area at all times.
- Adhere to Rosemead House’s hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure guest safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
