We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Customer Experience Representative with Driving Responsibilities (Shuttle Driver)**. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of our dealership, delivering exceptional customer service while also managing basic administrative tasks and shutting customers.

Please note, this position requires a **class 5 drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Shuttle Driver position is an integral part of our service department, ensuring seamless transportation assistance for our valued customers. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient transportation services to customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. This position is also expected to handle small administrative tasks for the service office team.

**Schedule**:Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5pm. There is 1-hour unpaid lunch, and 30 minutes of paid overtime every day.

**Specific job tasks consist of**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with boarding the shuttle.
- Safely drive customers to their desired destinations, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about the dealership’s services and amenities during transit.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings from the shuttle.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate shuttle schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
- Assist in other departmental tasks as needed, including appointment scheduling and office administrative duties.

**Required qualifications**:

- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.
- A punctual and self-motivated work ethic.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Ability to drive safely and confidently in adverse weather conditions.
