**You as a Construction Manager will**:
Accountable for overall project performance of one major project ( >$100M in value) or a portfolio of smaller projects
Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives
Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules
Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to
Is this the right role for you?
10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in Residential Construction
Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential
Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
