Technical Tailor

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years old and the ability to read, speak and write English
- Good physical (hand/eye) coordination
- Willingness to learn, experienced sewers will help you be successful even with basic sewing skills
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machine
- Ability to distinguish between all colors with a **strong attention to detail for quality control purposes**
- Proven ability to work independently, in teams within a diverse production environment and to prioritize important work
- Have the ability of standing, walking and sitting for long periods of time.
- An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges

We are committed to quality; our team of sewing technicians is capable of doing complicated repairs including:

- Zippers
- Patching
- Backpacks
- Resealing waterproof breathable membranes

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sechelt, BC V0N 3A0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
