Skills and desired assets are as follows:

- Physically fit
- Abilities in carpentry aspects
- Ability to construct various wooden structures to support concrete placement as required by company foreman or director
- General carpentry tool use
- Ability to work well with others
- G drivers license is imperative
- Self-Motivated
- AZ or DZ license is considered an asset
