**Overview**:
This Remote Operations Manager will establish, deploy, and, ultimately, lead a team that will support remote monitoring and response services ATS Global Service. This includes standing up an operations center, specifying service capabilities, organizational structure, resource requirements, commercial model, deployment timeline, and other elements. This person will be responsible coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives through timely planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Lead the build out of the physical space and technology requirements for the remote operations center.
- Define, deploy, and drive the remote operation center service offers, processes, and tools throughout ATS Corporation with a primary focus on real time production asset monitoring, alarm management, implementing centralized call center & technical service functions, and other duties.
- Manage relationships and ensure alignment with key divisional stakeholders.
- Develop remote ops charter documents and clearly articulate the problem/opportunity statement, current condition of the business, future state and targets for improvements.
- Organizes project meetings, as required, and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes
- Ensure project related documents are distributed to team members and action trackers or other dashboards are updated in a timely manner.
- Develop, monitor and update schedule and project trackers as necessary
- Support the development of change management activities to support implementation efforts
- Identifies critical issues and problems, identifies corrective actions, and follows through to completion
- Provide financial forecasts as necessary and track conformance to budget and schedule
- Establishes clear remote operations center metrics and objectives, tracks performance against goals, and informs senior management of results
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings

**Experience/Skills**:

- 10+ years of experience in technical/business/ roles with strong services, manufacturing experience & IT knowledge
- Ideally a combination of the following background: services, sales, project management, strategic planning and customer service
- Strong influential leadership and collaboration skills

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering degree or equivalent.
- Software and/or network engineering experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
