**Responsibilities**:

- Repairing and renovating wooden structures
- Framing
- Decks
- Baseboard and Trim
- Windows and doors Interior/ Exterior

**Planning**
- Execute new jobs & projects
- Input material requirements & labor for job estimates
- Coordinate production

**Reporting**
- Maintain relationships with site management & contractors
- Identify & rely new opportunities to management
- Submit paperwork (material orders, receipts, plans, drawings, pictures, etc.)
- Document & present progress on each project

**Monitoring**
- Follow schedules
- Follow projects’ progress through to completion
- Cognitive of projects quotes & allotted budgets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
