- Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with equipment setup
- Assist skilled workers with construction projects by following instructions and carrying out tasks as assigned
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times

**Skills**:

- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
