**Responsibilities**:

- Source suppliers and required parts for EV charging solutions (local, national or international suppliers)
- Provide part price comparisons and present options to key internal stakeholders
- Timely ordering of parts according to construction schedules
- Organize and track invoices by individual projects
- Schedule and track the progress of offsite construction projects
- Escalate any project issues in a timely manner to the installation team
- First point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from offsite contractors and maintenance workers
- Install electrical components at construction sites and in electrical rooms prior to the activation of the EV charging stations
- Assist with assessing new buildings for potential EV charging stations
- Drive to multiple locations mainly in the GTA (possibly further) to complete electrical or general construction tasks

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of wholesale/retail part sourcing experience
- 1-2 years of project coordination and administrative experience
- 1-2 years of electrical knowledge preferred or understanding of electrical components
- 2-3 years of general construction experience preferred with familiarity with construction terminologies
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google docs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to take initiative when a situation may seem ambiguous
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges as they arise unexpectedly
- A self starter who is eager to learn and grow with the organization
- Employment experience within the electrical vehicle industry is a strong asset
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset

**Other**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle and a Class G Drivers license
- Occasional weekend work required at construction sites
- Ability to work varying hours according to project start times and end times
- Must live within the GTA as this position will require travel to various offsite locations
- Ability to lift and move heavy tools and equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
