**Position Overview**:
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for sales and team development? As a Door-to-Door Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate a dynamic sales team, working directly with homeowners to promote our solar products. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills who are driven by results and are excited to make a meaningful impact on the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and achieve team targets.
- Train new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on team sales activities, goals, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service best practices.
- Represent Polaron Solar professionally while promoting our mission and values.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A positive, results-driven mindset with the ability to handle challenges professionally.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus but not required.

**Education**:

- Secondary school (required)
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or related fields (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Leadership or management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
