The responsibilities of the position will be very varied as they will touch many aspects of the growing Electrification group and will include, but not be limited to, some of the following responsibilities

**Your mandate: to revolutionize the world of transportation, while**:

- Managing the full cycle of the recruiting process including onboarding new employees;
- Maintaining employee information on file and in the human resources systems;
- Participating in audit and compliance tasks as requested (audit report verification, benefits, payroll, paid time off) as well as employee training;
- Participating with the HR Director in the development of HR policies and providing support and advice to employees and managers;
- Participating in various company projects.
- Providing operational support for all HR related activities including, but not limited to, managing the onboarding process for new employees, responding to EI claims, preparing employee communications.
- Assisting in responding to general employee concerns and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and responsiveness. Referring complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Maintaining employee files, both electronic and paper.
- Participating in the termination process, including discussions between managers and employees, exit interviews, preparation of necessary documentation and analysis of termination data.
- Taking initiatives and proposing solutions to optimize and facilitate the various daily tasks.
- Performing follow-ups and modifications for payroll;
- Administering group benefits: communication planning, enrollment, terminations (including third party vendor relations);
- Managing all disability claims and authorized absences with our external provider (including coordination of return to work plans);
- Performing follow-ups on all employees’ training records;
- And much more;

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to create and build partnerships internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple files simultaneously
- Creative, proactive, autonomous, responsible, flexible, curious, positive and solution-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of the Office suite.
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) an asset
