**Summary**

The Production Labourer assists in the repair and production of hydraulic cylinders, ensuring they meet customer specifications. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the Manufacturing and Service process.

**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assemble manufactured hydraulic cylinders as per drawings supplied
- Prepare and set up tools and equipment for fabrication jobs
- Operate a variety of manual machines
- Complete accurate paperwork, such as job traveler and safety forms
- Operate and maintain equipment, such as power tools
- Assemble repaired hydraulic cylinders as per the repair process
- Disassemble and clean hydraulic cylinders
- Assist in pressure test hydraulic cylinders
- Read and interpret drawings, manuals and specifications
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Paint and package jobs for shipping
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental procedures, rules, and regulations
- Meet production schedules and timelines to deliver products on schedule
- Maintain clean organized workspace
- Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to obtain valid forklift and crane certification
- Basic computer skills required
- Able to determine the kind of tools and equipment required to do the job
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a positive team-oriented attitude with effective problem-solving skills
- Strong communication the ability to read and write English
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Must be adaptable to changing work environment and competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events

**We have 1-day shift (Monday to Friday 6 am-2:30 pm) and 1-afternoon shift (Monday to Thursday 3 pm
- 1:30 am) available.**
