A bit about the role _**

As the Director of Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving, RMA, and Provisioning, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our equipment journey, from forecasting and ordering, to warehouse, to customer and back. Your role will involve strategic planning, process optimization projects, team leadership, and a strong focus on customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about tech, security, and the varying industries that we serve.

- You have experience in security ecosystem, particularly as a security integrator is an asset.
- Proficiency in one or more of Spanish, French, Mandarin, and Arabic, would be considered an asset.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE**
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- You have 10+ years of experience managing or leading a global fulfillment, inventory, shipping and receiving, RMA, quality control and provisioning teams.
- You have proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within procurement, demonstrating progression and increased responsibility over time.
- You have a track record of achieving significant cost savings, efficiency improvements and breaking records in other various key performance indicators.
- You have hands-on experience with global strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost reduction strategies.
- You are Proficient in implementing and managing enabling tools and technologies, such as spreadsheets, procure-to-pay, product lifecycle, e-procurement and inventory modules of ERP systems.
- You are a strong communicator and proficient in English.
- You can travel (it’s required for this role).

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- You will develop and implement strategies for efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns processing, and provisioning.
- You will make data-driven decisions. Analyze and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Implement processes where key data is missing to allow for visibility in that area.
- You will oversee the production and provisioning of equipment, through collaborating with internal departments for accurate forecasting.
- You will manage our suppliers, tracking quality, efficiency and adherence to SLAs and other contract obligations.
- You will drive down unit economic costs and risks by developing volume-based ordering techniques, finding alternative suppliers, creative sourcing and/or identifying new methods of production
- You will manage the RMA and quality control processes, maximizing on cost recovery leveraging warranties provided by our suppliers, evaluating root causes to reduce return rate and reducing average resolution time
- You will oversee the management of inventory, ensuring each unit is accounted for wherever in the world, evaluating true carrying costs, and ensuring optimal stock levels to balance cost and customer experience
