Hair Cutter

Duties:

- Perform hair cutting and styling services for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Offer recommendations and suggestions for hair care products and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or a salon environment is preferred
- Proficiency in hair cutting techniques and styles
- Knowledge of retail math for upselling and product recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
- Mentoring skills to guide and train junior stylists
